High Thermal Performance
QuadCore® insulated panels offers high thermal performance. For example, the insulation core of wall panel ems Thermowand EH QuadCore® has a declared thermal transmittance (λD) of 0,019 W/m K acc. EN 14509:2013, supporting the thermal efficiency requirements of temperature-controlled environments.
Environmental Performance
Kingspan QuadCore® panels are tested for indoor emission of volatile organic compounds (VOC) acc. to EN 16516+A1:2020-12. Results of the evaluations are available on request.
QuadCore® insulated panels are evaluated in terms of environmental characteristics according to EN 15804+A2:2020, and the relevant environmental characteristics are presented in 3rd party verified EPD documents, which can be found on the product pages or in the download hub.
Tested Fire Performance
All Kingspan QuadCore® insulated panels are tested for reaction to fire class acc. EN 14509:2013. The product specific classification can be found in the data sheets on the product pages or in the download hub. Additionally, a range of panels have been subjected to rigorous large-scale tests for fire resistance.
Protected by Kingspan QuadCore® 25 Year Warranty
The product comes with a 25-year warranty on its thermal performance, which has been independently tested and validated.
